Refund & Return Policy

Our Drops are unique, custom-designed and limited edition. Because of this, we do not accept returns on Drops unless the item is defective or incorrect.

For Core line items, we accept returns for unworn, unwashed items with original tags intact within 14 days of delivery.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service - we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

We do not accept returns on:

• Drops

• Worn, washed, or damaged items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return your item and place a new order.
